Gary W. Burchill, Ph. D., Co-Founder and CEO, 2Is Inc., retired as a Commander, Supply Corps, U.S. Navy after twenty years of service in 1998. While in the navy and not stationed aboard ships, Dr. Burchill held a variety of positions associated with integrated logistics support.; he was a DAWIA Level 3 certified Acquisition Professional. Prior to founding 2Is Inc., he was President of the Center for Quality of Management, a non-profit consortium of universities and companies with eight offices in five countries.
He holds a BSE from Duke University, an MBA with Distinction from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition to serving as an Adjunct Professor in MIT's Leaders for Manufacturing Program and a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the Harvard Graduate School of Business, he has published a book, numerous articles, lectured, and developed courses on product development and process improvement.
Glenn D. House Sr., Co-Founder and President, 2Is Inc. was most recently President and CEO of AllPoints Systems Inc., a leader in high velocity supply chain management software. Prior to AllPoints, Mr. House was President and CEO of Webspective Software Inc. Webspective pioneered content distribution and high-availability application management software on the worldwide web. Prior to Webspective, he was Sr. Vice President of Strategy and Operations for Mentor Graphics (NASD: MENT) where he was responsible for worldwide operations of more than 2200 employees providing software and services to the Electronic CAD market.
While he started his career designing semiconductor devices, Mr. House has also co-authored a patent in digital signal processing, and numerous articles. Mr. House holds a BSEE from the University of New Haven and a Masters in Computer Engineering from Boston University.
